SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We kindly ask that you choose standard shipping where possible to reduce our environmental impact. If you have any questions about your order, you can reach out to our Customer Service team and we will be happy to help.

Sterkur-Outdoor ships to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Methods
Sterkur-Outdoor offers two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping (UPS Express). Where a valid payment is available, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that for bank transfer orders, the payment can take up to three business days to reach us. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday at the latest.

Standard Shipping: 1-6 business days from shipment

Express Shipping: 1 business day from shipment (Mon-Fri)*. Please allow 1 business day for packaging.

Free Standard Shipping: valid on orders above £150.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Web returns
Returning an item
You can return Items(s) you bought on Sterkur-Outdoor.com within 100 days of the date of receipt of the Item(s). For returns past 100 days, please see our Guarantee.

  • To return an Item you bought, fill out the return slip (on your packing list included in your order). Fill out the style number(s) of the items you wish to return and select a reason for the return.

  • Send the unwanted Item(s) back to us together with the return slip.

  • If you no longer have the return slip, please contact Sterkur Customer Service at help@sterkur-outdoor.com or by phone. We will issue a return form that you can use to send back the unwanted Item(s).

  • When you placed your order at Sterkur-Outdoor.com you received an email from sales@Sterkur-Outoor.com with return instructions and a return label. Use this label to return the Item(s). The return label allows you to track and trace your parcel.

  • Print the return label and attach it to your parcel. Please make sure that it is clearly visible on the parcel and that the address is not covered or amended.

  • Drop your parcel off at the nearest post office. You will have to pay the local postage for your return. Please keep the proof of shipment.

  • If you choose to use non tracked shipping or by ordinary mail or by other shipping methods are at your own charge and risk.

  • Non-UK countries only: remember to bring your invoice to declare the value of the Item(s) you are returning. Sterkur is not responsible for incorrect mailing or excess fees.

 

Return shipping cost
You will be responsible for return postage.

Exchanging an Item
To exchange an Item, return the unwanted Item and place a new order on Sterkur-Outdoor.com.

Receiving your refund
We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs for your delivery. Sterkur will not refund the shipping costs if you only return a part of the original order. The time for processing your refund is two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) upon receipt. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.

  • Credit card: we will credit your account.

  • Real time bank transfer: the refund will be automatically added to your account.

  • Bank transfer: the refund will be automatically added to your account.
